Yes a support matrix does exist, although you need to have a metalink
Oracle support account for http://metalink.oracle.com to view it.
We just used it to check we can run 64-bit Oracle 9i release 2 on Solaris
10 64-bit. They updated the document to say it is possible. I don't have
access atm so I can't check it for you, but if you have an Oracle support
contract get a login to metalink and then you check yourself.
