Cannot ping anything outside localhost Solaris 8

Hello,

I am completely stumped... I had my Solaris 8 SunFireV100 working
perfectly fine. Well, today there was a power outage and the system
went down. After the power came on, the system seemed to come up just
fine, but now I cannot connect to the box at all!

Here's what I cannot do...

1. ping anything outside of localhost
    - I tried pinging the router and I get no answer

2. connect to the machine at all
   - I tried ssh, telnet...

Here's what I have...

/etc/defaultrouter
67.xxx.30.1

/etc/hostname.dmfe0
/etc/nodename
GCWEB01

/etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 Localhost
67.xxx.30.2 GCWEB01

ifconfig -a
67.xxx.30.2 BROADCAST 67.xxx.30.7 NETMASK 255.255.255.248
(All this is set up from the docs from my ISP)

/etc/netmasks
67.xxx.30.0 255.255.255.248

netstat -rn
lists the default router as being the one in the /etc/defaultrouter
file...

I think I have checked everything I could find in the newsgroups and
everything is the same as it was before the system went down. I even
ran fsck on the machine and it came back clean... I am all out of ideas
now. Can anyone help me out?

Let me know if there is anything else I might have forgotten.
