Fetch star from ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/star/alpha/, compile
and install it. Then read the sections:

"INCREMENTAL BACKUPS"
"BACKUP SCHEDULES"
"INCREMENTAL RESTORES"
"SYNCHRONIZING FILESYSTEMS"

in the star man page. If you still have problems to understand how to do it,
I would be happy if you send me a description on where you had problems
so I may anghance the manual.

The only left over con is that ufsdump already implements support for
Extended attribute files while star does not yet (this will change with
star-1.6). But I did not yet see anyone using Extended File Attributes ;-)

As the basic method used to implement the incrementals by star is the
same as used by ufsdump, you only need to learn the different options
if you did already use ufsdump/ufsrestore.
