There's nothing in this message that describes a performance issue.
A particular utilization metric does not constitute a performance
issue.
waitio is a meaningless metric.

You don't tell us what version of Solaris this is, and you don't
describe
what the performance problem is. It's like calling the Dr. and telling
him
or her you don't feel well, but not saying what's wrong, or providing
your
age or gender.

Please describe the performance problem. Tell us what load the system
is running, and what's slow about. Perhaps then we can help.
