PCI2 Card & Solaris 9...

I'm having problems getting the drivers loaded for a Sun PCI 2 card I
got of Ebay (no software :-( ) and can't seem to get it up an running.
I've tried the 2.3 and 2.3.1 software... but keep getting the following
when I try to load the driver:
# ls
makemaster sunpcidrv.280 sunpcidrv.290.64
sunpcidrv.270 sunpcidrv.280.64 sunpcidrv.conf
sunpcidrv.270.64 sunpcidrv.290 sunpcload
# ./sunpcload
devfsadm: driver failed to attach: sunpci2drv
Warning: Driver (sunpci2drv) successfully added to system but failed to
attach
#
After about a day of googling and checking things out... it seems I
might have better luck with the 2.3.2 software.. but unfortunately the
storefront at Sun is currently broken for this item.
Oh... similar to other peopls problems I've googled... prtdiag and
prtconf identify my pci card as:
pci1011,46
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated... since I don't have much more
hair to lose ;-)
Thanx.
