Find an open file(s)

Are there any tools in Solaris to find what is preventing a file system from being unmounted? I suspect lsof can do it, but I don't have that installed on this box and just wondered if Solaris has something.
The file system is used by Apache, so after stopping httpd, it should be unmountable I think.
chaffinch # /etc/init.d/apache2 stop
But I can't unmount it.
chaffinch # umount /usr/local/apache2 umount: /usr/local/apache2 busy
It did unmount some time later OK, so perhaps apache had not exited fully, but I've seen this sort of thing before and would like to know the best way to solve it.

Please note my email address changes periodically to avoid spam. It is always of the form: month-year@domain. Hitting reply will work for a couple of months only. Later set it manually. The month is always written in 3 letters (e.g. Jan, not January etc) .
