OK. I've installed my Solaris 8.
Now I want to get all the patches and install them. Trouble is my
Solaris machine does not have internet access.
I could go to my WIn XP machine, download them all and burn to CD with
Nero. Will this be readable on my Solaris machine then?
Yes, the CD file format is the same across platforms, although you
may have issues with long filenames.
If you simply burn them to CD before unzipping them, then you should
be fine.
