There is no any problem in the cable and IP.
Can you see the network switch?
Does it have LEDs for each port?
Does the relevant port blink when you ping the machine?
Can you run "arp -a" on the client and see the client's and server's
IP addresses with correct (and obviously different!) MAC/ethernet
addresses?)
Can you do the same and see the same on the server?
Are both machines on the same subnet?
Or, do they have correct routes?
Can you ping the router(s) from both sides?

yes i can see that switch has LEDs for each port and i attached
network connection from my machine on switch whose LED has green light.
i can't ping ip address of my machines from another machine in same
subnet.
i can't ping router from my machine.
arp -a

.. and i did same steps another machine in the same network but it is
runnig.
