It never proceeds beyond this point. Does anybody know what it is
specifically looking for at this point? I have spent a good amount of time
searching the internet for solutions but haven't found much. Any help at
all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, the message might be a little more explicit but at least it's a hint. Where is your sysid.cfg file? That's the one that has the IP address, subnet mask, DNS servers, etc. There's another file, whose name I'm too lazy to look up for you, that tells jumpstart how to partition the disk, which install to do (user, developer, full+oem), etc, etc.
