Get yourself a 300GB disk and it will pay for itself quickly.
Given what a PITA backing up home systems is, I really wanted the
RAID, though.
Disk is so cheap these days, the correct answer is to buy a big disk and
backup to it rather than to tape. The work is minimal - plug in the disk
(USB disks actually work well for this), then set up a cronjob to delete
backups older than X days and do the dump.
