Hello,

2 X blade 2000 have just arrived on-site, from elsewhere.
So I need to jumpstart them. So I need the MAC address so as to
add_install_client.
No-one can tell me the MAC address it seems. How can I find out?
Without installing of cee dee and doing an ifconfig.

Thanx in Advance

Plug in a monitor and keyboard and power on. You can squeeze the MAC address out of OBP. Actually, ISTR it tells you first thing!!

Never done it this way but I believe you can plug a dumb terminal into Serial Port A set to 9800 baud 8/N/1 and power on. The OBP should then display stuff on the terminal.
