My keyboard is brazilian portuguese but I am using a english layout.
So it will generate some wrong letters when I type some keys like ç
^ ; . That causes beeps on console or vi because that.
I can neither:
- set up the correct layout
- remove the beep.
Well, it is difficult to use the Solaris console (text mode) on that
conditions.

What is your hardware ?
P4, not SPARC.
Are you using an USB keyboard ?
Yes
What is your keyboard setting in eeprom ?
English. That is my better option now.
Okay, so the real issue is the wrong layout, not that much the beep which is more of a symptom.
You can use the "dumpkeys > file" command to create a keyboard configuration file, then adjust it to your actual keyboard layout and finally apply the changes with the "loadkeys file" command.
You may also want to see the files in /usr/share/lib/keytables/type_6/ directory as examples for this customization. (man keytables for the format).
I suggest you to have a remote connection ready to reset the keyboard should something goes wrong ...
