Show your management the money. Ask them how mouch does it cost
to have a one week downtime in the service. Then tell them how
much it would cost to build the service HA properly in the first
place. Show them the numbers. They will understand.

Seems that you already have the H/W for cluster solution in place.
All you need is the software and implementation service. Compared
to downtime costs that is usually just pocket money.

The best they can do for me is that I can have a maintenance window
for 4 to 5 hours in order to manually do all of this.

I think your management is so clueless.
