Maybe you didn't follow the directions? I don't do Windows installs very often but I don't recall ever having to redo one because the first try failed. I've installed Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 98-2nd Ed., W2K and W/XP. Let's face it, if a moron couldn't install windows there wouldn't be many people using it! ;-)
