In "enterprise environment" we have usually server with two local system
disks in hardware RAID-1 and those thin orange cables which are giving
the rest of storage devices to servers. I'm not sure if one can boot
from Qlogic or Emulex FC card ...
Are you trying to criticize quality of Solaris patches?
I don't think he is, but occassionally, bad patches get out and it's nice
to be able to recover from that situation. :-/
