Can I run Samba and phpMyAdmin on Solaris 10?

I've been using a cheap LAMP server in my sandbox for web development. I'd like to switch to 64-bit Solaris 10 on a Sun Blade 100, but I need to replicate the production hosting environment, which means the following apps are hard requirements: Apache, MySql, PHP, SAMBA and phpMyAdmin.
Will it be difficult to install these apps on Solaris 10?
Thanks in advance.
