Based upon what I've seen thus far, I think I'll
stick with pre-Solaris 10 platforms on my SPARC (unless thoughtful posters
can demonstrate the flaws in my reasoning).

Most of us system admins have to either evolve or die. You are very
lucky if you can afford to stay with what you are comfortable using,
but I for one don't have such choice, same as many others. If you
don't learn the latest and greatest quickly enough you risk missing
out on your next contract.
