Here,s an odd one.
I've used the SunPCI II pro card in my Ultra 80 for ages and it seems to be fine. I've just downloaded an evaluation version of 'winrar' as some idiot has sent me a file in a propietry format. But this completely crashes the SunPCI card - not XP:
sparrow /export/home/drkirkby % sunpci
Opening a SunPCi window...
sparrow /export/home/drkirkby % X Window System Error: (video95)
BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
Serial = 105997 (0x00019e0d)
ResourceID = 14156886 (0x00d80456)
Major Opcode = 53 (0x00000035) - X_CreatePixmap
Minor Opcode = 0 (0x00000000)
Error code = 11 (0x0000000b)
*** Exit SunPCi ***
Any thoughts?
Anyone know what resources it might be wanting I don't have? The PCI card has 1 GB of RAM and the Sun 4 GB.
