121430-16 fails on Sparc because I should install SUNWlucfg from Solaris 10 Update 4 (08/2007)

see for yourself:

121430-16 has been validated.
Installing patches from /var/sadm/spool...
Failed to install patch 121430-16.
Utility used to install the update failed with exit code 15.
Checking installed patches...Executing prepatch script...This patch requires the installation of the latest version of the SUNWlucfg package.The SUNWlucfg package can be found on the Solaris 10 Update 4 (08/2007) installation media or newer Solaris 10 updates.The prepatch script exited with return code 1.Patchadd is terminating.
Transition old-style patching.

/var/sadm/spool/patchpro_dnld_2007.07.28@14:37:46:CEST.txt has been moved to /var/sadm/spool/patchproSequester/patchpro_dnld_2007.07.28@14:37:46:CEST.txt
But http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/releases.xml still stated that
"Solaris 10 7/07 HW" is the lastest update available. Am I missing
something or is that an indicator that Solaris 10 Update 4 ships very
soon?
