Solaris 10 under VirtualPC - Reset network after restarting saved session?

Hi,

As I've posted previously, I have Solaris 10 X86 running under Virtual PC 2004, and I installed the "tu" network driver to replace the default "dnet" driver, which seemed to have eliminated most of the connectivity loss problems I had earlier.

However, I'm finding that when I start the Solaris VPC guest after having saved it earlier, that the networking is not working. "ifconfig -a" still shows tu0 as being UP, but I can't connect out or in. Rebooting the Solaris guest gets the networking working again, but I was hoping that someone here could suggest some way to get the networking working again without a reboot.

What I've tried so far is "ifconfig tu0 down" then "ifconfig tu0 up", but it still doesn't work after that.

Is there something else that I can do to "restart" the networking as if it was rebooting, but without having to do a complete reboot?

Thanks,
Jim
