You're not going to find much help on comp.unix.solaris for a Windows
machine. I'd recommend hiring a student or some other tech to fix your
machine for you, unless you have access to a desktop support person at
work.
Your post is roughly the same as posting to a Volkswagen group asking for
help with your canoe.
