LSILogic on Solaris 10
I've just installed an LSILogic 22320-R into a Blade 2500 running
Solaris 10 Update 4. Solaris 10 includes the mpt module which is able to
run this card, but LSILogic also provides a driver called itmpt.
Can anybody can give any comment concerning the pros and cons of either
driver. The only thing I observed was that with the mpt driver the
LSIutils for this card won't work, but OTOH with the itmpt driver
executing 'raidctl', the machine panics...
Does anybody have some experience concerning this?
