format

Does anyone know if there is an option to format in Solaris 10 (u4,
but they all have it) which turns off the "No, I won't let you edit
this disk's partition table because I've found entries in /etc/vfstab
for it and I'm so much cleverer than you that I just can't trust you
to actually be competent" feature.

How do I file a request for a "hammer nails into the head of whoever
added this braindeath" option? That would actually be some use.

I mean, really.
