New to UNIX and would like advice

Greetings,
I am somewhat new to UNIX and would like some direction on where to go
to learn more. I have worked along side UNIX admins and have "toyed"
with Linux and UNIX in the past, so I am not 100% new.
I have mostly worked with send mail and how it interacts with my
Exchange server. Yes, I am a Windows engineer along with other
credentials.
I am currently working on a Solaris 9 server, SunFire 220 and its main
purpose is using Veritas NetBackup 4.5.
Any direction would be great, I am currently reading many sites as
well as many IM conversations with a couple of UNIX admins I know.
Thanks,
Paco
.
