This is what I get with lpstat -lp:

/usr/sfw/share/ghostscript/8.15/examples/alphabet.psForm mounted:
Content types: postscript

Interface: /usr/lib/lp/model/standard_foomatic

Does this produce output on your printer?
$ /usr/sfw/bin/gs -q -dBATCH -dSAFER -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=cdj850 \
-sOutputFile=/dev/ecpp0

No it dosen't. I think I have something wrong with /dev/ecpp0. That's all I
can think of!
If I do the command gs /usr/sfw/share/ghostscript/8.15/examples/alphabet.ps
it comes up just fine on the screen.
Thanks for the input, if you have anymore ideas I'd appreciate them.
Gary.
