Is the machine the disk came from a different model than the one
that's now trying to boot it?
Both E450's.... I think it may have been a red herring though. I
recovered to another disk and copied contents of my /dev & /devices
over instead. Worked after that... which I expected it to as I do this
day & day out. I'll have another look at the first disk when I get a
chance & if I find what caused it I'll post here.
