JES5 motd on stock solaris 10

Something keeps reinstating a symbolic link:
/etc/motd -> /var/spool/stage/JES5/MOTD_release5/en/JES5-MOTD.txt
when rebooting. This is a fresh solaris 10 T5220 as installed at factory (not reinstalled). Anyone know what is resetting the motd to the annoying 40 line advert for JES5?
