do you mean dtlogin/dtwm with X connection or a simple X window (e.g. xclock or xterm)?

what show "svcs -a | grep login"?
is the dtlogin process running and listen to a public port?


you can try to run "netservices open" with opens also X for remote access. "netservices limited" close a lot of unnecessary sockets/services. but the script is pretty simple, have a look what it does with the X socket option in the smccfg properties and open only X after limiting netservices.
