Best way to backout Solaris 10 recommended OS cluster patches

Our server is running solaris 10 (09/10) kernel 147440-01. We are
going to apply the latest Solaris 10 recommended OS cluster patches.
What's the best and safest way to backout the entire or selected
cluster patches ? Just in case.

Thanks,

Bill
