installing centos in lx branded zone fails

hi all,
created a zone:
# zoneadm list -cv
ID NAME STATUS PATH
BRAND IP
0 global running /
native shared
- centoszone configured /zones/centoszone
lx shared
Now try to install from a local iso file:
Installing zone "centoszone" at root "/zones/centoszone"
zoneadm -z centoszone install -d /usr/iso/
Attempting ISO-based install from directory:
"/usr/iso/"
Checking possible ISO
"/usr/iso/CentOS-6.0-i386-bin-DVD.iso"...
added as lofi device "/dev/lofi/1"
Attempting mount of device "/dev/lofi/1"
on directory "/tmp/lxiso"... succeeded.
Attempting to read "/tmp/lxiso/.discinfo"...
Unmounting device "/dev/lofi/1"... succeeded.
No valid ISO images available or mountable.
Installation of supported Linux distribution to zone
'centoszone' FAILED Fri Feb 3 16:28:54 CET 2012.
Cleaning up after failed install...
T trussed the zone install command and can't see any failure
explaining this result
