Have you tried to chande the boot device? As far as I know dka400 is a
hardrive (usually drive on pka controller) so try to recognize CD-rom by
typing:
>>> sho dev
find out a CD-ROM, try to boot using command
>>> boot dqa0
dqa0 it's usually cdrom drive, it depends on the machine type
