Yes, grab the "gnupg" tools from www.gnupg.org.
I'd actually recommend using the RPM's available with the RPM system
published by DEC^H^H^H Compaq^H^H^H HP to go with Tru64, to get package
management of this kind of popular locally compiled program by
recompiling from SRPM's.
