It looks like the kernel actually did build, although the earlier errors
indicate that it may not have built what you wanted it to.
There seems to be something wrong with your Makefile in /sys/YODA; maybe
a bad merge, or an interrupted previous build.
Can you try building an entirely new kernel configuration from scratch?
If that works, than YODA is damaged somehow. If it does the same, then
something went wrong with your installation, and some kernel build files
got damaged.
