Looking for a 21164A 667MHz processor

    Hello. I have one LX164 motherboard and I am running Tru64 5.1B
    on that. It has 533MHz CPU but according to the manual, the
    motherboard supports 667MHz too. There is a small difference but
    if anyone has one of these 667MHz processors in hand, I'd be
    interested buying it.
