He claims to be working together in one company with the top VMS guruīs of
the world so if he did let check what he said about UNIX vs VMS and other
OSīs it would be a little dumb of him.

You can say Unix an advantage over a limited group of the OSīes.
But there are too many OS out there where the knowledge about it is only
know to the happy few.

And every advantage has his disadvantage at the same time.

You canīt judge a book on this weak points you need also try to look at the
strong points like how enthusiasically the author is about UNIX.
