    If you use one of the alternate servers you'll have the source code, you
    can make them do anything you want. :)

    The standard FreeBSD ftpd, for example, uses /etc/ftpwelcome and
    /etc/ftpmotd (~ftp/etc/whatever for anonymous FTP). In any case, you
    only need to find one that does what you need.
