I don't know anything getting CAP working under Tru64 5.1 -- however,
there are other solutions available for you. Although (as far as I
know) netatalk doesn't support AFP over AppleTalk under Tru64, it
does support AFPoverTCP -- which may be sufficient for your needs.
A commercial solution that supports both AFP and AFPoverTCP is
Helios EtherShare -- my recollection is that they support Tru64.
