Compaq Insight management Agents on Tru64 v4.0F without web access

Is it possible to monitor Compaq Insight management Agents on Tru64
v4.0F without web access? I would like to monitor these agents from
our Insight Management Console which runs on an XP station on our
local intranet. Is this possible?? If so how does one set this up?
I'd also like to disable the web access to these agents on the Tru64
box for security reasons if possible.
