CPU machine check / system panic

Greetings,

        I'm still looking for help on this. We'd even pay real money!! I'm
running a Compaq DS20 / Tru64 5b system as an email server. The system
crashes almost weekly with

EVM ALERT [700]: CPU machine check/exception - CPU 0

and

EVM ALERT [700]: System panic: panic (cpu 0): System uncorrectable

messages. Would anybody be willing to assist?
