4.0F maintenance pack

    I am a newbie to Tru64 and my DBA is asking if our machines have 4.0F
    maintenance pack installed. I played around with dupatch
    (dupatch->Patch Tracking->List patch kit information on installed
    patches->List Release kit information), and I get the following output:

    Patches installed on the system came from following patch kits:
    --------------------------------------------------------------

    - T64V51AB24AS0006-20031031 OSF520

    This doesn't make much sense to me. So any help is grately
    appreciated.
