It seems unlikely that this patch kit would install on a 4.0f system. The
name suggests a 5.1A system, although I can't find that exact kit on the
download site. What does sizer -v say?
Also the patch kits have NEVER been known as maintenance packs, so get the
DBA to state his requirements more clearly.
