    Erik,

    I am using V7.07 ESP Ghostscript for use with
    CUPS

    It turns out that the dirty hack I made to get around the rpl_malloc()
    undefined error was the cause - I have hacked configure instead to stop
    the GNU libc compatible malloc() check from failing - builds & runs
    fine.
    Amazing what a good nights sleep does for one!
