You can add a drive later on, with AdvFS tools that is. My own system
started off with just two drives, a 2 GB system disk and a 2 GB disk for
data. Next a 4 GB drive was
added and after that a 9 GB disk. It is possible to put them in one large
filesystem domain so as seen from a user point of view the 2 GB data disk
kind of grew to a 15 GB volume.
The tool (Motif based) is rather intuitive. I'm more familiar with VMS but
it took me an hour or so to figure this out.
