no namelist: unable to connect to kloadsrv daemon error

Hello,

For quite some time now I'm havind this error on my Tru64 machine when I run for instance Firefox:
no namelist: unable to connect to kloadsrv daemon

Programs using TCL/TK still work.

I've already read some stuff about it on the Internet and they vary between restarting the kloadsrv daemon and rebooting.
I've tried the 1st but would like to keep the 2nd as a last resort since this machine serves some files.

Are there any other things I can do?

PS: The post I found had problems with netstat, wich is not working either here but that's not a real issue here...
