I don't know if I am getting you right: did you manage to install CentOS on this AS1200 ? I ask, because I have AS1200 also and I tried to install CentOS 4.1 but the CD failed to boot properly as far as I remember. please, tell me which version of CentOS you installed.

it booted and installed fine if i sat there and babysat it. it wouldn't stay on long enough to install all 4 discs if i had to go anywhere :)
